Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 456nd platform. These terms protect the interests of both you and us.

Important age requirement notice: All services at 456nd are available only to users aged 21 and above. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 456nd platform and its users. By browsing the 456nd website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. 456nd reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Appropriate notice will be provided on the platform before any changes take effect.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Legal Eligibility

To open an account and use services at 456nd, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must use the service knowingly and voluntarily.
  • All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • The same person may not create more than one account.

2.2 Account Verification

456nd reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment information at any time. If documents are requested for verification, they must be submitted within the specified time. Account privileges may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, notify 456nd support immediately.

3 Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited at 456nd using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may be rejected or suspended in the following cases:

  • Account verification is incomplete.
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • Suspicious or irregular activity has been identified.
  • Evidence of multiple accounts has been found.

3.3 Currency

456nd conducts all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 456nd welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳34,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing your total balance to ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in total bets must be placed before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

If you attempt to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings earned from the bonus may also be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable.
  • If an offer or promotion has its own terms, those will apply.
  • 456nd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account may be suspended.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

456nd ensures fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All gaming outcomes are generated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased and verifiable.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

  • Attempting to influence gaming outcomes through fraudulent or unethical means.
  • Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches.
  • Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
  • Creating or using multiple accounts.
  • Colluding with other users to take advantage of bonuses.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a technical problem or error occurs in any game, 456nd reserves the right to cancel the result of the relevant round. In such cases, the user's wagered amount will be refunded.

6 VIP Program

The 456nd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your consistent activity and participation on the platform. 456nd reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by 456nd

456nd may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Money laundering or other illegal activities.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Operating multiple accounts.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

As part of responsible gaming, you may also request a temporary break or self-exclusion on your account.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

456nd places the highest importance on the privacy of your personal information. All data on our platform is secured using SSL encryption. Details on how your information is collected, used, and stored can be found in our Privacy Policy.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with the relevant authorities when required by law or for the purpose of investigating a crime.

9 Limitation of Liability

456nd provides services on an "as is" basis. 456nd will not be liable for the following:

  • Gaming disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
  • Delays or issues related to third-party payment gateways.
  • Incompatibility with your device or software.
  • Financial losses from gaming — gaming is always a risk-involved activity.

456nd is committed to continually improving the quality of the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 456nd platform — logos, graphics, text content, software — is the intellectual property of 456nd. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without permission is prohibited.

Game software is the intellectual property of the respective game providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others.

11 Responsible Gaming
